Feyhan Yaşar started her career in 1978 at DYO, a Yaşar Group company. Then, she served in Yaşar Group as a manager in the fields of finance and management. After Selçuk Yaşar became Honorary President, she assumed the position of Chairperson of Yaşar Holding Board of Directors from 2004-2009. Feyhan Yaşar currently serves as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Yaşar Holding and Hedef Ziraat, while she continues her duty as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Yaşar Group companies Pınar Et, Pınar Su, Altın Yunus Çeşme, Yaşar Bilgi, Yadex International, HDF FZCO and Hadaf Foods, and takes part in the board of directors of the other Community Companies. Feyhan Yaşar, who has been active in many non-governmental organizations that support social development in the fields of education, culture and the arts and sports, as well as business life, is also the Vice Chairperson of the Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation Board of Directors, Member of Selçuk Yaşar Sports and Education Foundation Board of Directors and the Trustee Board Member of Yaşar University. Over the years, she has participated in the annual TUSIAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) meetings as a Member of the Board of Directors of TUSIAD, the Presidency of the DEİK Danish Business Council, and a Member of the World Economic Forum (WEF). Currently, acting as the Chairperson of the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Beverage Industry Council, Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) United Arab Emirates Business Council Executive Board Member, EBSO Council Member, SEV Board of Trustees, and as Boğaziçi University Foundation Board of Trustees Member, she is a member of TÜSİAD, SETBİR and ESİAD. After graduating from Izmir American Girls’ College, Feyhan Yaşar completed her undergraduate education at the Boğaziçi University Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, and earned her master’s degree in the Department of Economics at Dokuz Eylül University. She speaks English and French, and is a mother of two children.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Boğaziçi University in 1986 and an MBA from Indiana University in 1989. İdil Yiğitbaşı, who started her business life in the finance department in Yaşar Group in 1986, assumed the responsibilities of System and Financial Analysis Vice of Coordinator between 1990-1995, Yaşar Food Group Coordinator in 1995, Vice President of Yaşar Food Group between 1997-2001 as well as serving as the Vice President of Yaşar Gıda Group Responsible for Milk and Dairy Products and as a Member of the Board of Directors in Group companies between February 1, 2001 and January 31, 2006. She served as the Vice Chairperson of Yaşar Holding Board of Directors from 2003-2009 and as Chairperson of Yaşar Holding Board of Directors from 2009-2015. Since April 2015, İdil Yiğitbaşı has been serving as the Vice Chairperson of Yaşar Holding Board of Directors, Vice Chairperson of Hedef Ziraat Board of Directors, Chairperson of Pınar Süt and Viking Kağıt companies, and Member of the Board of Directors of Yaşar Group companies. İdil Yiğitbaşı currently acts as the Vice President of Selçuk Yaşar Sports and Education Foundation, Board Member of Yaşar Education and Culture Foundation, Chairperson of Pınar Institute, Board Member of Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) and İzmir Culture, Art and Education Foundation (İKSEV), as well as being a member of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD), Turkish Association of Milk, Meat, Food Industrialists and Producers (SETBİR), Aegean Industrialists and Businesspeople Association (ESİAD), Aegean Young Businesspeople Association (EGİAD) Advisory Board, Advertisers Association (RVD) and the Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD).

Nalan Erkarakaş graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance in 1983 and She started her career as a specialist in the Capital Markets Board. Between 1983 and 1989, she completed the Capital Markets Certificate Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Between 1989 and 1991, Nalan Erkarakaş has served as the Assistant Financial Coordinator in Çimentaş İzmir Çimento Fabrikası T.A.Ş. and then she served as the General Manager of Bumerang Yatırım ve Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1991 and 1996. The years between 1996 and 1997, she worked in the Kentbank Investment Banking as a Deputy General Manager. She served as the General Manager and Board Member in Kent Yatırım ve Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1996 and 2002. Nalan Erkarakaş was granted an award of the Manager of the Year Award given by the Young Executive Businessmen Association in 1997 and the Successful Business Woman of the Year Award given by Dünya Newspaper in 2000. Between 2002 and 2017, Nalan Erkarakaş, who served as Ciner Group Capital Markets Group President, was as the Chairperson of the Board in Park Elektrik ve Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in the same years, General Manager and Chairperson of the Board of Merkez Yayın Holding A.Ş. (Sabah-ATV) and as well as a member of the board of directors in companies of the group in different sectors. In 2017, Nalan Erkarakaş joined as a partner to Grant Thornton Turkey. She has been working as an Independent Board Member in Bursa Çimento Fabrikası A.Ş. since 2018. She is currently Independent Board Member in Çemtaş Çelik Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş.. Nalan Erkarakaş is a member of TOBB Capital Markets Board, Member of BAKYD (Association of Stock Exchange Broker Managers), Member of TKYD (Turkey Corporate Governance Association), Member of TUGIAD (Turkey Young Businessmen Managers Association), founder of KOTEDER Academy and she works as a Chairperson of the Board Director of KOTEDER Listed Partnership. Nalan Erkarakaş, who also places special importance to social activities, she is KORUNCUK Vulnerable Children Foundation Alumni Association Vice Chairperson and Member of the Istanbul branch. In addition, she has articles, columns in various newspapers and magazines and research reports published by the Capital Markets Board.

Damla Birol completed her high school education at Robert College in Istanbul, and then successfully completed the Business Administration Department, Boğaziçi University and received her MBA degree from Indiana University by qualifying for a Fullbright scholarship. Birol started her career as a Product Manager at Procter & Gamble Canada in Toronto, and then worked as a Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble Turkey. Later, she worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Emsan Holding and a consultant for companies such as Pınar, Pamukbank, and Türk Nokta Net. Birol started working at Türk Tuborg as the Vice President of Marketing in 2003 and later worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Deputy CEO of the same company in the following years. She has been serving as the CEO of Türk Tuborg A.Ş. since 2007 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2012. (Türk Tuborg produces beer brands such as Tuborg Gold, Carlsberg, and Frederik, and imports brands such as Sol, Weihenstephan, Guinness, and Kronenbourg.) In addition to her duties at Türk Tuborg, Damla Birol is a member of the Board of Directors of Doğan Egmont Publishing and the Istanbul Museum of Modern Art. Damla Birol is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Women on Board Association Turkey and the YenidenBiz Association, which support the empowerment of women in business life, and a member of YASED and TUSIAD.  She has 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Branding and Demand Growth, Focusing Large Teams on Targets, Creating Excellent Execution in the Field, Supply Chain, Corporate Governance, General Management and M&A in different industries.

Member of Board of Directors Yılmaz Gökoğlu, who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance in 1977, joined Yaşar Group in 1983 after working as an Account Expert at the Ministry of Finance from 1978-1982. Having served in various senior management positions within the Group, mainly in financial affairs and auditing, he was elected to the Yaşar Holding Board of Directors in April 2007. Yılmaz Gökoğlu, who also serves as the General Secretary of the Boards of Directors at Yaşar Holding, is also a Board Member and Committee Member in companies within the Group, as well as holding Independent Auditor and Certified Public Accountant licenses.

Hüseyin Karamehmetoğlu graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Hacettepe University in 1991. He began his career in 1990 as a Sales Representative at Unilever Inc. He then joined the Yaşar Group in 1993 as a Sales Manager at YAPAŞ Inc., subsequently serving in positions such as Sales Supervisor, Assistant Regional Manager, and from September 1999 to November 2002 as the Regional Manager of Yaşar Unified Marketing Ankara. From November 2002 to December 2010, he served as the Eastern Sales Director, and from December 2010 to March 2023, he held the position of General Manager at Pınar Water and Beverage. Between 2012 and 2021, he served as a Board Member at ÇEVKO Foundation, and during the same period, he was a Board Member at SUDER (Packaged Water Producers Association). From 2021 to 2023, he served as the President of the 11th and 12th terms of the SUDER Board of Directors. As of March 2023, Hüseyin Karamehmetoğlu has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Pınar Water and Beverage. As of December 2023, he has also been serving as the General Manager of Yaşar Unified Marketing Inc.
